MATTHEWMatthew

Matthew started working for David O'Neil Construction, LLC during summer breaks throughout high school and college. He was hired as a full time employee in 2008 after graduating from the Thompson School at the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Civil Technology & Construction Management. College is where he learned new techniques of the trade, which have become a huge asset to the companies flow, function & organization. Matthew's titles are a heavy equipment operator and estimator. In order to run the equipment and drive the 10 wheel dump truck Matthew needed to obtain his New Hampshire CDL license. He passed the written and driving (in the pouring rain) exam the first time around which is nearly unheard of. He is very knowledgeable on all the different services David O'Neil Construction provides and how to explain the process of a project in detail to customers. Working beside David for many years, as an apprentice, while installing septic systems Matthew has learned the proper way to inspect and install different types of septic systems. He is currently signed up to take his New Hampshire's Installers license exam in April 2016.

In his spare time Matthew enjoys dirt biking, snowmobiling, hunting and spending time with family & friends. On top of working full time at David O'Neil Construction he is a volunteer fire fighter and EMT for the Swanzey, NH fire department. Hours of dedicated time to obtain his Fire Fighter 1 and EMT certification has come into great use for his community.
