JANELLE

Janelle graduated from Plymouth State University in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Childhood Studies. After college she worked as a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor. Her background in banking has been a huge asset to the company; whether it be understanding the importance of a customer having a proper septic inspection report or providing a great customer service experience-she's the right person for the job. She is the friendly voice our customers hear at the other end of the phone as well as the radio, does all the scheduling, billing, payroll, marketing, and errands/material runs. Janelle is always eager to learn and grow personally and professionally. She attends the Granite State Designers & Installers Association Expo every March for the sole purpose of being able to better understand the industries products and how they function; continuing to educate herself so she can provide the best customer service to our customers.

In her spare time Janelle enjoys camping, hunting, going to the beach, baking and hanging out with friends & family. She grew up in Harrisville and has since relocated to Richmond with her family. Community service is something she passionate about. At the age of 7 she started the Harrisville Tree Lighting, which is still an annual event today. She is also involved with area youth sports.
