David started in the building and trades industry in 1981 as a truck driver for Belletetes. For seventeen years he worked his way up, learning in's and out's of the trade, eventually becoming a manager and opening new locations. In 1998 David decided to start his own business- David O'Neil Construction, LLC. The company first started with just carpentry work: building new homes, additions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and more. Time is always of the essence in construction and he soon realized it was hard to wait for the excavation work to get under way in order for his portion of a project to start. David decided to begin doing excavation himself. He bought a small 6 wheel dump truck and a backhoe and has worked hard to build his company to the size it is today. Today the fleet consists of two Link-Belt Excavators, a Kubota Mini Excavator, two Mack dump trucks, a John Deere Backhoe, a Dozer, a Skid Steer,\u00a0 three company job trucks and more. He is licensed to install septic systems in the State of New Hampshire. He built his new shop\/office on Route 101 in Marlborough, New Hampshire. This new site location allows David to run his business and maintain his equipment all in space that is easily accessible to his customers. Being a life long resident of the area, David has formed many connections and relationships throughout the years. He is the Assistant Chief for the Harrisville Fire Department; volunteering for the department for over 30 years. He also sponsors team 'David O'Neil Construction' in the local KAHF Men's hockey league and supports youth organizations within the community.<\/p>\n

David O\u2019Neil Construction, LLC Relocates<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marlborough, NH: David O\u2019Neil Construction, LLC on Route 101, Marlborough, announces that it has relocated from Harrisville, where the company began in 1998 in the home of David O\u2019Neil.\u00a0 Its new 3,120 square foot building was built by employees.\u00a0 Office space has expanded to four times its previous space, providing a pleasant and efficient work environment for owner, David O\u2019Neil; his equipment operator and estimator, son Matthew O\u2019Neil; and his office manager, daughter Janelle Hodgman. For the first time, the business has shop space for equipment storage and three bays for repairing equipment.\u00a0 The new location makes the business easier to find and offers more direct access for moving equipment to respond quickly to the needs of customers.<\/p>\n

While David O\u2019Neil Construction provides a full range of excavation services, septic services are a particular area of expertise. It offers the specialized equipment and skills needed to inspect septic systems and identify and correct problems; and it installs new septic systems.\u00a0 This is a business that never takes short cuts that might short change their customers in the long run, but installs systems that will last.<\/p>\n
