David started in the building and trades industry in 1981 as a truck driver for Belletetes. For seventeen years he worked his way up, learning in's and out's of the trade, eventually becoming a manager and opening new locations. In 1998 David decided to start his own business. The company first started with just carpentry work: building new homes, additions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and more. Time is always of the essence in construction and he soon realized it was hard to wait for the excavation work to get under way in order for his portion of a project to start. David decided to begin doing excavation himself. He bought a small 6 wheel dump truck and a backhoe and has worked hard to build his company to the size it is today. Now, David owns many pieces of equipment including a Link-Belt 160LX Excavator, John Deere 310e Backhoe, Mack 10 wheel dump truck, Kubota 121-3 Mini Excavator, D3 Dozer, CAT257B Skid Steer and three company Ford F-350 job trucks. He is licensed to install septic systems in the State of New Hampshire. He most recently finished the build of his brand new shop/office on Route 101 in Marlborough, New Hampshire. This is the new site of operation where he will be able to run his business and maintain his equipment. Below is an article about his new building and relocating.
David O’Neil Construction, LLC Relocates
Marlborough, NH: David O’Neil Construction, LLC on Route 101, Marlborough, announces that it has relocated from Harrisville, where the company began in 1998 in the home of David O’Neil. Its new 3,120 square foot building was built by employees. Office space has expanded to four times its previous space, providing a pleasant and efficient work environment for owner, David O’Neil; his equipment operator and estimator, son Matthew O’Neil; and his office manager, daughter Janelle Hodgman. For the first time, the business has shop space for equipment storage and three bays for repairing equipment. The new location makes the business easier to find and offers more direct access for moving equipment to respond quickly to the needs of customers.
While David O’Neil Construction provides a full range of excavation services, septic services are a particular area of expertise. It offers the specialized equipment and skills needed to inspect septic systems and identify and correct problems; and it installs new septic systems. This is a business that never takes short cuts that might short change their customers in the long run, but installs systems that will last.
